Larkspur Family:
Buttercup (Ranunculaceae) Grows 1 to 2 feet high with pale lavender to deep blue flowers, rarely white. Leaves are found mostly on lower part of the stem. It is an early bloomer and poisonous to livestock. Compare to Subalpine Larkspur.
