The most common phlox. Grows in a low mound to 4". Flowers range from white to light pink to blue.

Grows moss-like with grayish leaves. It has smaller flowers and leaves, and blooms earlier than Rocky Mountain Phlox.

Forms cushions 1" high. Flowers are fragrant, leaves are fleshy and moss-like.

Flowers are bright white and look like Rocky Mountain Phlox but the plant grows to 1ft high and does not grow in a mat . Leaves are bright green and grow in rings around the stem.
