Grows from 4" to 2ft branched from the base with slender green stems and flat leaves. The flower head is open and loosely oval- shaped. The flower spikes are flat, shiny, silvery green to tan. There are minute glands on all parts of the plant which sometimes produce an unpleasant order when crushed.
